The physiotherapist was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns before explaining the cause of my pain in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed during the appointment, and the treatment was thorough and tailored to my condition. They also gave me practical exercises and advice to help with my recovery at home. Overall, I left feeling more confident about my recovery and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality physiotherapy.Posted on Google KC “Tim”Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Alex quickly identified the root cause of my injury and helped me get back to sport, fast. The follow-up work focused on strength and resilience, and six months on I’m still training, running, and playing basketball without issues. Highly recommend!Posted on Google ErinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Alex was positive and professional from the start. He was also very good at reading my mindset and helping me with my own positive qualities to know that I could come back from an injury that had been painful and a set back. And come back I did. Alex had a plan and he knew exactly where he was going with it. It came from a thorough understanding of my body and movement and how it applies to my sport. He looked at my whole body dynamic and how it was positioned in reference to how it was injured to see where my body needed to be strengthened and released so it could come back and heal and get back in my game. Alex was empathetic and gradually built my exercises safely and when my body adapted, inspired me to greater strength than before with an understanding of the body’s exposure to resilience. His exercise progression was exact and he knows his stuff. No fake arrogance or ego that I’ve experienced with some physios in the past where you don’t really progress the way you should. Alex is the best physio I have ever had a treatment/plan with. And I was lucky to find him when I did. Thank you Alex. I should also mention that my injury came from bilateral MCL sprains that had then given me deep bone bursitis in the knee joints. Just in case this post helps anyone needing to heal from bursitis in the knees. I recommend Alex to help you with this recovery journey.Posted on Google Umma HarwaniTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m Alex, the physiotherapist behind Forward Physiotherapy. I’ve spent over a decade helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing the things they enjoy. Whether that’s training, working, playing sport, or just getting through the day without thinking about their body.
What I really enjoy about this work is helping people connect the dots, understanding what’s going on, building confidence in how they move, and seeing that shift where things start to feel easier, more natural, and back to normal again.
My approach is centred around that. Taking the time to listen, understand your goals, and give you a clear, structured plan that fits into your life, so you can stay active, keep progressing, and feel confident in your body without relying on ongoing treatment.
At the end of the day, it’s about helping you feel like yourself again, moving freely, staying active, and getting back to the things that matter most to you.
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me attempting a very average round of golf or out for a run with my dog, Brian.
