  • Why It Happens:

Cervical Radiculopathy (Neck-Related Nerve Pain)

  • Why It Happens:

    • Poor posture, prolonged screen time, or repetitive overhead movements can contribute.
     

    What You Might Be Feeling:

    • Sharp, burning, or radiating pain in the neck, shoulder, and down the arm.
    • Tingling, numbness, or weakness in the arm, hand, or fingers.
    • Pain worsens with neck movements, such as looking down, turning the head, or holding a phone between the shoulder and ear.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (Median Nerve Entrapment at the Wrist)

  • Why It Happens:

  • Why It Happens:

Peroneal Nerve Entrapment (Foot Drop and Lateral Shin Pain)
